By accessing or using Signalmark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Signalmark provides competitive intelligence monitoring services, including but not limited to:

• Automated monitoring of publicly available competitor websites
• AI-powered analysis and insights
• Screenshot evidence and source links
• Weekly digest reports and alerts

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Signalmark to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Signalmark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
